According to the reports in mass media residents of the Paren village suffer from the constitutional rights violation (they lack food, proper medical, preschool and educational services, etc.).

In order to prevent the constitutional rights violation the Kamchatka Krai’s Public Prosecutor’s Office organized the inspection. Penzhin district’s Public Prosecutor’s Office is charged to conduct the inspection.

The process of the inspection is under the Kamchatka Krai’s Public Prosecutor’s Office control and the results will be available for the residents of the peninsula.
